Live Transfers
Live transfers are only available in confirmations during your normal business hours. If it is after hours, only the standard confirmation options (Confirm, Cancel, and Reschedule) will be available during your patients confirmation call. The feature can be enabled or disabled from your Web Management Portal.
Special Instructions
We understand that each patient or group of patients may need special instructions when confirming appointments. A few examples of special instructions are: Billing Reminders, Directions to your office, Insurance updates, etc. We can accommodate any special instructions you need to deliver to your patients.
